Use the force! New upgraded Core Saber has a pulley strap for more functional and natural movements. Train your core like a real athlete with multiple planer rotational movements. Perfectly simulate athletic movements such as rowing or golf, tennis, or baseball-style swinging movements. Core Saber is a 12-inch knurled aluminum bar with a rotating axis and nylon pulley strap. It works great with resistance bands, flywheels, or cable pulleys. (Product does not include any resistance bands or other accessories. Videos simply show suggested use. Core Saber itself includes the rotating bar, pulley-strap, and carabiner.

The bar is beautifully engineered,I am 80and I have been training since the age of 12,and I have purchased x3 bars,Innstar. Etc,this bar is the best if you ever manufacture a bar 4-6" longer for pressing movements please let me [****] [****]
