This is the perfect set for homemade pendulum squats and so much more! Set includes Squat Harness V4, Ripped Ramp 2.0, and Ripped Straps.

Squat Harness V4

The Squat Harness V4 is 6 lbs of heavy-duty webbing.  With a similar design concept to its predecessor, Squat Harness V3, we added several new features, including:

• An extra inch of width (now 3 inches) on the main straps for improved durability and comfort.

•Estimated load capacity of 950 lbs!*

•We added the same style shoulder padding around the bottom of the harness for added comfort around the ribs.  

•To minimize confusion, we got rid of the buckles that were located under the shoulder straps of the V3.   Now, the only buckles are located across the chest.  

•We also added several inches to the adjustable length chest straps to accommodate larger body types.

•We added D rings to the top and bottom of the harness for various functions, including reverse-band squats and more.

•You also get a pair of band hook straps included with your Squat Harness V4

This may be the greatest investment you make for your leg workout routine!

Ripped Ramp 2.0

The heaviest duty squat wedge is back.  Featuring a rounded edge optimized for calf raises.  We kept the same classic resistance band integration and even added a protective band sleeve (you really don’t need it; it's just there to help you overcome your fear of using bands with a steel wedge).

This is the perfect companion to your Squat Harness, but also has many uses that go beyond it.  You can do classic squats, pendulum squats, calf raises, cable RDLs, landmine squats, and so much more!

21lbs of solid steel.  Built to endure your heaviest lifts.  24 inches from side to side, 17 inches front to back, and 5 inches tall.  This is the squat wedge/ calf block solution you’ve been waiting for!

Now featuring tread tape for better traction!

*Caution: Use this product at your own risk.  It is advisable to have a low-seated bench nearby while you set up with bands.  Make sure you keep your feet on the wedge while adding/ removing bands.  When doing pendulum squats, you may want to use weights to block the wedge from shifting forward.  You also may want to consider weighing down the front edge if doing extra-heavy resistance band calf raises.  This product is not intended for children under 18 years of age without adult supervision.  It is recommended to familiarize yourself with this product with lighter resistance before testing limits with heavier bands.  Maximum load capacity 1,000lbs. Ripped Straps

At first glance, these are just like any other suspension straps.  Look a little closer, and there’s a world of different possibilities just by switching the handles with whatever attachment you like!  If you want to do bodyweight tricep extensions, just attach your favorite tricep rope and do tricep extensions! If you wanna do bicep curls, attach your favorite cable bar and start curling away!

Ripped straps go even further by allowing you to attach your favorite barbell to do upright chest presses.

And what kind of Ripped By Rosenblatt product would this be if it weren’t compatible with The Squat Harness?! Just connect each side, and now you have endless ways to torture your legs and core!

Some of the other cool features include door anchors attached to the top ends, and the fact that they are individual means you can set them as wide or narrow as you like.

Now, why would you pay more than double for straps with less than half of the functionality?!
