Tib-Flex is the first accessory designed to facilitate tibialis flexion and other movements with a resistance band or cable pulley. By doing regular tibialis flexion and tibialis circles (clockwise and counterclockwise), you are effectively increasing your ankle mobility which has been proven to help improve athletic performance. Got shin splints? Tib-Flex will quickly become the gold standard in corrective exercise!
Try the following exercises:
1) Tibialis flexion
2) Tibialis circles (clockwise and counter clockwise)
3) Tibialis extension (calf presses with resistance band)
4) Lying hip flexor marches
5) Glute kick-backs
6) Hamstring curls and many more.
Each order of Tib-Flex includes just a single Tib-Flex strap as seen in the photo.
Note: Tib-Flex are designed for light to moderate resistance exercises with the goal of improving tibialis strength and mobility. It is not recommended to attempt heavier cable exercises over 30lbs of resistance.

I had looked for a tibialis accessory for my home gym. This was the first that caught my eye as. I likes that placement of the attachment ring to the cable. It seemed smart to me. It truly gives a good controlled workout. Great design...
A bit saddened that it's a discontinued item. It's a small niche...I get that. But...a very good product.
I would like to add. Once you form this over your shoe. The toe area is set. So taking off and putting back on. Is less challenging than initial set up. It hangs on a hook...and keeps form for the toe area on the strap. I do like that. Makes putting it back on quick and effortless.

I appreciate the feedback and encouragement to continue making this product. I believe most people's complaint has been the difficulty with learning how to put it on in the first place. I am still working on a design that will be just as functional but much more convenient. It's surprisingly challenging to incorporate both into the design, but sooner or later we will find the perfect balance. Glad you're enjoying yours.

Easy fast shipping and a great product!
Once i managed to get them on, these straps gave me a great workout really worked my anterior tibs good. The video makes it easier to learn how to put on, but it would be great if it were easier to slip them on.
