Product includes 30 inch bar and a pair of adjustable length loading straps for loop bands. When using, keep the metal clips towards the top so that it avoids direct contact underneath the resistance bands.

This board is excellent for rear delt flys, front raises and side raises because those wonderful metal hooks. Such a nice touch to an already well made band board. The wood is extremely strong and it is cut properly for resistance bands. Some cheap wood boards have an inverted cut that wears overtime and becomes a real problem for the bands. This board is properly engineered and it is superior to those geku (and other) boards amazon sells. The length makes it excellent for 41 inch bands and it wont bend when you use the heavy bands. If you want a nice board but dont want to spend 500 bucks-or 300-get this one. Its top quality and it puts x3 to shame. This is how band boards should be made.
