Básicamente, un día me aburrí y decidí hacer rodillos de jamón para glúteos de una sola pierna. ¡Ni siquiera me di cuenta de cuántos ejercicios nuevos surgirían de esto! Una cosa que es realmente genial sobre el diseño es que puedes agarrar una de las barras en el extremo y empujar todo tu peso sobre ella y ¡no se volcará! Esto permite infinitas variaciones de flexiones y ejercicios básicos, además de los clásicos curls de isquiotibiales en posición supina. Debido al almacenamiento limitado, solo hice 9 pares en este momento, ¡así que consíguelos rápido antes de que se acaben!

This is one well-made roller with lots of different exercise variations. So far I have tried the band-assisted roll-outs and reverse lunges and it was an amazing workout! I definitely recommend this product
Im an avid ab-roller guy. Ive been using the basic ones in my training for 30 plus years. This one rolls smoother than any Ive ever tried, not to mention the resistance band function takes it to another level! I like that it offers many exercise options, but the only thing I use it for is classic roll-out's and it's my new favorite.
My abs were soooo sore the first time I used this! I set it up with a resistance band which enabled me to really get deep into every rep and do more than Ive ever been able to do. Now I do these regularly because I never want to get that sore ever again!
Im amazed at how much I can do with these! I used to love using furniture sliders but they only work on certain surfaces. These roll perfectly on my foam flooring along with out on my turf training area. Im glad I got 2 of them because there's so much more that can be done than with just 1. Excellent quality/ highly recommended!
