I have a home gym that my friends and I use. Several have bad knees and therefore avoid squats. I bought this to see if it would allow them to get squats back in their game and it has! Everyone is now squatting and getting stronger!

This is such a worthwhile upgrade from the V3. Definitely worth it!

The Squat Harness V4 is a great piece of gym equipment. I can really work my quads hard without stressing the lower back with the Squat Harness. Pairs really nicely with the footplate. The customer service is also outstanding! Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
