I have both V3 and V4. They are both awesome. My wife is using the V3 and she loves it, too. You can't go wrong with this product.

V4 is amazing and also the V3. Now my wife and can use them at the same time. I where the V4 which is perfect for my build. Have been using it twice a week since I bought it and oh boy, I've never felt better doing squats before.I can actually squat using bands until absolute failure. Purchased on a whim for my Voltra. Seems of high quality but i dont use it much for my training.

Works perfectly with my tornado rack and weight stacks. Weighted pullups, weighted dips, and weighted split squats with quick/easy weight changes are game changing.
