Le harnais de squat a été créé par un entraîneur personnel d'Atlanta, en Géorgie, connu sous le nom de Coach Rosenblatt. Il voulait créer quelque chose qui permettrait à ses clients de faire des squats tout en travaillant sur des blessures ou des problèmes de mobilité. Le harnais Squat est conçu pour se connecter à une machine à câble à double poulie ou peut être utilisé en déplacement avec une bande de résistance. Certaines des versions les plus récentes peuvent même se connecter à une barre de piège ouverte ou à des sangles de suspension pour effectuer des squats pendulaires et d'autres variations d'exercices difficiles.

It is super heavy-dutyduty! Easy to adjust with a bunch of exercises I can utilize with it!
I was a little skeptical at first glance of this product, but after going through enough belt squat belts that were uncomfortable I phase this a shot. This has now become my go to for squatting with my functional trainer and I can now do weighted squats anywhere by pairing this with resistance bands. Every day I am figuring a different way to utilize all the different D Rings and straps for creative and fun workouts. This piece is as versatile as your imagination will take it.
The harness is fantastic paired with a Voltra! Helped me get much better workouts in my small home gym!
Have tried a number of belt options squats for squats, and this is by far the best. I can also squat to full depth on the voltra w/ travel board.
Short strap recommended for deep squats
Perfect addition to the Squat Harness. The hooks already made loading pretty easy but I was still using an additional strap. These loading straps allow be directly load the band which makes loading even more easy. I still use the hooks and strap for the larger bands but for lead up sets, these are perfectly quick!
Finally, a reasonable and high quality way to perform deads and squats of nearly all types without breaking the bank. My workout routine has changed for the better and it's much more efficient. All the gear was quality on par with the competitors. Not only legs, but the chest press and curls are exceptional - the entire package was high value, high quality, and perfect. - Also, get the free socks if you can. They're incredibly comfortable!!!
Bought the resistance band loading straps and and they surpassed my expectations. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the material and the thickness of the metal. The straps offer me more choices of band thickness and the bands stay in place. No more fumbling with carabiners which makes it easier to attach the bands to my Squat Harness. Kudos to Jason!
I was eyeing the squat harness v3 for a while, but when I saw this with its wider straps and extra features, i knew it was going to be perfect. And it did not disappoint! It was simple to put on and figure out. Feels really heavy and supportive. I feel confident to go as heavy as my legs will allow. I know I won't exceed this thing's limits in this lifetime, and that's a reassuring feeling.
I have a shoulder injury that makes barbell squats really painful. This squat vest allows me to squat again without any pain in my shoulders. Im grateful just to feel my legs fatigued again even if it's not as heavy as I once squatted. I just make up for it with higher reps.
This is one well-made roller with lots of different exercise variations. So far I have tried the band-assisted roll-outs and reverse lunges and it was an amazing workout! I definitely recommend this product
The harness makes it easier for me to get a good leg workout without hurting later. Im 56 years old and a late starter, so this is a better solution for me than barbell squats.
The footplate is one of the best Ive used. It's the only one that lets me feel band tension at the bottom of each rep, and no matter how heavy the band, I don't feel the foot plate bending at all. The hooks really help with holding the band in place while loading it with the harness. The handles are really next level. There's nothing ground-breaking about the bar or bands but they definitely work, and all in all the value is unbeatable!
