Shorty Superset is a set of 6 super-strong resistance bands that are 10 inches each and are set in a snap-proof casing that prevents accidental overstretching of the bands.  Each set comes in a sleek carry case with 3 pairs of bands: 45lbs (black), 30lbs (red) and 15lbs (grey) and a pair of high quality ankle straps with multiple connection options. Most comfortable ankle straps

I've been through many Amazon cheapies when it comes to ankle straps. These are very high quality and comfortable. The bands are perfect and give me lots of options.
