Basically I got bored one day and decided to make single leg glute-ham rollers. I didn`t even realize how many new exercises would come from this! One thing that is really cool about the design is that you can grip one of the bars on the end and push all of your weight on it and it won`t flip! This allows for endless push-up variations and core exercises, in addition to the classic supine hamstring curls. Due to limited storage, I only made 9 pairs right now, so get them fast before they are gone!
