I purchased the Shorty's Superset and two of the extra 45 lb bands. They are excellent and add great versatility. They are excellent for dead-lifts. Most other resistance bands are just too long to be practical.
The Resistance Band Superset is perfect for any gym, home, or field to provide a great warmup, workout, and/or cooldown. Travel bag makes it's a great way to keep with you at all times and setup is a breeze. Highly recommended and used daily at Heroes Fitness in Mishawaka, Indiana.
