Tib-Flex es el primer accesorio diseñado para facilitar la flexión del tibial y otros movimientos con una banda de resistencia o polea de cable. Al hacer flexión tibial y círculos tibiales regulares (en el sentido de las agujas del reloj y en el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj), aumenta efectivamente la movilidad del tobillo, lo que se ha demostrado que ayuda a mejorar el rendimiento atlético. ¿Tiene calambres en las piernas? ¡Tib-Flex se convertirá rápidamente en el estándar de oro en ejercicios correctivos!
Pruebe los siguientes ejercicios:
1) Flexión del tibial
2) Círculos del tibial (en sentido horario y antihorario)
3) Extensión del tibial (prensas de pantorrilla con banda de resistencia)
4) Marchas de los flexores de la cadera acostados
5) Contragolpes de glúteos
6) ¡Rizos de isquiotibiales y muchos más!
Tib-flex viene con una banda de resistencia ligera que se puede "doblar" si se necesita tensión adicional. Simplemente conecte un extremo al anillo Tib-Flex, envuélvalo a través de un gancho seguro o alrededor de una encuesta y luego conecte el otro extremo nuevamente al anillo Tib-Flex.

I had looked for a tibialis accessory for my home gym. This was the first that caught my eye as. I likes that placement of the attachment ring to the cable. It seemed smart to me. It truly gives a good controlled workout. Great design...
A bit saddened that it's a discontinued item. It's a small niche...I get that. But...a very good product.
I would like to add. Once you form this over your shoe. The toe area is set. So taking off and putting back on. Is less challenging than initial set up. It hangs on a hook...and keeps form for the toe area on the strap. I do like that. Makes putting it back on quick and effortless.

I appreciate the feedback and encouragement to continue making this product. I believe most people's complaint has been the difficulty with learning how to put it on in the first place. I am still working on a design that will be just as functional but much more convenient. It's surprisingly challenging to incorporate both into the design, but sooner or later we will find the perfect balance. Glad you're enjoying yours.

Easy fast shipping and a great product!
Once i managed to get them on, these straps gave me a great workout really worked my anterior tibs good. The video makes it easier to learn how to put on, but it would be great if it were easier to slip them on.
