Tri-Cones

Tri-Cones are the absolute perfect grip solution for tricep extensions and other upper body exercises with cables, resistance bands, or even Ripped Straps suspension trainers.  They’re made with rubber and a stainless steel hook ring, and have versatility for days since they’re not bound to a single rope.  You can do unilateral or bilateral movements with them.  Some of my favorites other than tricep extensions include straight-arm pull downs, reverse fly’s, and lateral raises.
