Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Squat Harness — but if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Free Returns for U.S. Orders (exceptions apply)

We offer free return shipping for all U.S. customers. Just email us at support@squatharness.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.   Due to size and weight, the Ripped Ramp 2.0 does not qualify for free returns. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Note: We do not offer free returns on international orders at this time.

International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items within 30 days, but will need to cover return shipping costs. Please reach out to our team for instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.  Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and inserts included.  Exceptions include defective products which will be assessed and refunded accordingly.

  • Discontinued items
  • Items marked as final sale in the product listing

Exchanges

Defective or damaged items? No worries — we’ll replace them with the same item, or a similar one if it’s out of stock or discontinued.
