Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of payment receipt.
During periods of high demand or back order, processing times may be slightly longer. In such cases, you will be notified prior to purchase of back order status.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.
We offer free shipping with purchases of $249 or more.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at:

We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue. We cannot take responsibility for packages claimed to be lost or stolen if proof of delivery is provided through tracking. In such cases, we will do our best to contact the carrier and investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
