These upgraded new Core Hamstring Rollers are just like the original except we added a removable handlebar for super-smooth roll-outs! Since so much can be done with just one, we now offer both single or pair options. The bar easily pulls out if you want to use them the classic way with your toes or heels in the center. This is the perfect tool for all-terrain core activation. Use it in the gym or out on the field or courts.
