The most anticipated upgrade of the year is finally here!
The Squat Harness V4 is 6 lbs of heavy-duty webbing. With a similar design concept to it’s predecessor Squat Harness V3, we added several new features, including:
• An extra inch of width (now 3 inches) on the main straps for improved durability and comfort.
•Estimated load capacity of 950 lbs!*
•We added the same style shoulder padding around the bottom of the harness for added comfort around the ribs.
•To minimize confusion, we got rid of the buckles that were located under the shoulder straps of the V3. Now, the only buckles are located across the chest.
•We also added several inches to the adjustable length chest straps to accommodate larger body types.
•We added D rings to the top and bottom of the harness for various functions including reverse-band squats and more.
•You also get a pair of band hook straps included with your Squat Harness V4
This may very well be the greatest investment you ever make for your leg day workout routine!

Loading Straps:
These 10x3 loading straps are a durable and convenient accessory to assist in loading free weights or heavy loop bands with the Squat Harness. Upgraded to a new 10mm thick “O” ring that won’t rotate in the middle of your lift. Simply wrap them around a barbell, heavy band, or the handles of a trap bar then hook and go! There are many additional ways these can be used, but the main purpose is to increase the functionality of The Squat Harness V3. Each pair has an estimated load capacity of 1000 lbs*
*Caution: Please use this product at your own risk. For maximum durability, we recommend daisy-chaining the hook straps around the harness and bypassing the hanging loops when connecting to the Loading Straps/ free weight (see video for details). This product is not intended for use by children under the age of 18 without adult supervision. Consult a physician before using any exercise equipment or starting any new exercise program. Only use this product for its intended use only. It is also recommended to have someone close by and ready to help you unload when finished lifting as you get used to using these. Injured tendon which made it near impossible to squat with a barbell due to the bar press against my shoulder. Tired belt squats but alot of unnatural tension on my hips and knees. This harness hooked up to my functional trainer is awesome. Also got the metal wedge and both combined is a spot specific arsenal on your legs and calves. Highly recommend
Very much needed for home gym! Quality is amazing lol it feels like i'm about to lock in and fly a jet. It's very well supported and secure.This is perfect for the combo with bandswork for legs without the lower back pain, I work 12 hours shifts as a nurse in a high intensity environment, constantly on my feet. This saves the added back pressure!

I do wish the second set of horizontal straps at the front would connect at a point that was lower.
Just received the Squat Harness V4 and first impressions are very good. The build quality feels solid right out of the box, strong stitching, durable materials and a comfortable amount of padding. It sits securely once tightened and doesn’t feel awkward to set up.
I’ve only done a few initial sessions so far, but it already feels stable and well balanced under tension. The load distribution seems much more comfortable than expected, especially when working with bands or higher resistance. You can tell it’s designed with real training in mind.
Looking forward to putting more sessions on it, but so far it feels like a well-built piece of equipment that should hold up well over time. If you’re training with bands or looking for a way to load squats heavily while keeping your back happy, this harness does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Highly recommended.
